FAQs

Sizing
Before installing the Proofy screen, make sure you have the correct sizing and orientation of the screen or screens.
To ensure maximum security, please make sure to install the Proofy screen 2-3 inches higher than your pet’s claw reach
Install
Once you have the proper orientation and placement, screw the suction cups into the corner holes of the Proofy screen
Place the screen with the suction cups on the back side onto your glass window or glass sliding door.
Press firmly against the corners of the screen until the back of the suction cup is flattened and secure against the glass surface.
Remove / Reuse
Use the provided scraper to gently lift the suction cut seal from the glass surface

Non-porous Surfaces
Proofy is ideally made for small to medium-sized dogs (6 lbs to 18 lbs)
For larger sized dogs, additional Proofy sheets may be required with recommended installation instructions
We offer a 30 days return policy on unused Proofy Screens. Customer must pay for the return shipping.
